3,231 new corona cases in Delhi, 233 more deaths

New Delhi, May 20 (MNN) Delhi on Thursday recorded 3,231 new coronavirus cases even as 233 more fatalities were reported in the last 24 hours in the national capital.

As per the daily health bulletin issued by the Delhi government, the Positivity Rate in the national capital was 5.50 and Caste Fatality Rate of 1.60.

There are 40,214 active cases in Delhi whereas its corona death toll is 22,579.

In all, 7,831 recovered, discharged or migrated cases were reported, taking the total to 13,47,157.

The Cumulative Positive Cases are 14,09,950 with a Cumulative Positivity Rate of 7.61.

There are 56,833 containment zones as of date in the national capital.

Of the total 24,424 beds, 12,462 are occupied and 11,962 vacant while Dedicated COVID Care Centres have 6,282 beds, of which 579 are occupied and 5,685 vacant.

In Dedicated Health Centres, there are 606 beds, of which 91 are occupied and 515 vacant.

As many as 23,85l people are in home isolation while a total of 18 beds in CCCs were occupied by COVID negative persons under quarantine.

The RT-PCR/TrueNat tests conducted in the last 24 hours total 43,914.
