66 new corona cases in Delhi, no deaths due to virus on July 24

July 25 (MNN) Delhi on Saturday reported 66 new coronavirus cases and no deaths due to the virus in the last 24-hour cycle.

A total of 76,308 more tests were conducted in the national capital, with a Positivity Rate of 0.09.

The recovered or discharged or migrated patients increased by 52 to 14,10,216.

There are still 587 active cases in Delhi, which has so far recorded 25,041 deaths due to the virus with a Case Fatality Rate of 1.74.

The national capital has recorded 14,35,844 positive cases so far, with a Cumulative Positivity Rate of 6.19.

In Delhi Hospitals, 354 of the 12,569 beds are occupied while 12,215 are vacant. In Dedicated COVID Care Centres, only eight of the 3,871 beds are occupied.

In Dedicated COVID Health Centres all 177 beds are vacant while 159 persons are in home isolation.

The RT-PCR/CBNAAT/TrueNat tests conducted in the last 24-hour cycle total 51,670, with 24,638 Rapid Antigen Tests.

So far 2,31,87,570 tests have been done in Delhi, which comes to 12,20,398 tests per million.

Beneficiaries vaccinated in the last 24-hour cycle total 36,184, including 15,730 given the first dose and 20,454 the second dose.

So far, 95,88,004 person have been given vaccinations, including 72,52,176 given the first dose and 23,35,828 the second dose.

There are 317 containment zones in Delhi at present.
